About Bill Subin
With more than 40 years of legal experience, Bill Subin is one of New Jersey's most veracious defense lawyers. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and earned his law degree at Columbia Law School. Bill is a former Assistant United States Attorney, Atlantic County Police Legal Advisor, and Senior Assistant Prosecutor Camden County, He is an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
Bill has lectured for numerous police institutions; the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs (DEA); the New Jersey State Police; Metropolitan Washington D.C. Policy Academy; American Trial Lawyer's Association of New Jersey (ATLA-NJ) and numerous other organizations.
Bill's clients include members of the N.J. State Police; State Police Fraternal Association; Superior Officer Association; Non-Commissioned Officers; Fraternal Order of Police; and Policeman’s Benevolent Association. He was the former chairman on the Committee on Unauthorized Practice of Law, Part D as appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and currently serves as the Chairman to the Criminal Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association.
