About Bill Subin
With more than 50 years of legal experience, Bill Subin is one of New Jersey's most veracious defense lawyers. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and earned his law degree at Columbia Law School. Bill is a former Assistant United States Attorney, Atlantic County Police Legal Advisor, and Senior Assistant Prosecutor Camden County, He was an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
Bill has lectured for numerous police institutions; the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs (DEA); the New Jersey State Police; Metropolitan Washington D.C. Policy Academy; American Trial Lawyer's Association of New Jersey (ATLA-NJ) and numerous other organizations.
Bill's clients include members of the N.J. State Police State Police Fraternal Association; Superior Officer Association; Non-Commissioned Officers; and N.J.Policeman’s Benevolent Association. He was the former chairman on the Committee on Unauthorized Practice of Law, Part D as appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and served as the Chairman of the Criminal Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association.
